Move with ease, without rigidity. The AirWaist Trainer features a single-layer construction with soft, flexible boning that moves naturally with your body
For daily, long-term waist training, bridal shapewear, and postpartum support during recovery
Body Shape Suitability
Suitable for all body shapes, except pear shapes with higher hips or a fuller bum, where the fit may sit differently
Fit & Height Suitability
✔ Height 162cm and below
✔ Height 165cm without lower-belly bulge
Bridal Suitability
Best for brides wearing structured, thicker or embellished dresses, especially styles with a defined waistline where stronger waist shaping and back support compliments your outfit
Important for Brides
The AirWaist Trainer is a firm-control waist trainer, not a cosmetic bridal corset, so it requires a proper break-in period before your wedding
Do not wear AirWaist Trainer for the first time on your wedding day
Before Your Wedding
✔ Start wearing it at least 4-8 weeks before your wedding
✔ Begin with shorter wear times and gradually increase as your body adjusts
✔ Wear the AirWaist Trainer to your final dress fitting to confirm the overall fit & comfort
Restroom Use
Easy. There is no need to remove your AirWaist Trainer during your restroom breaks
